The Crop Trench Jacket cuts the whole language of the classic trench at the waist. The double-breasted front, the epaulettes and the belt stay in place; the length shortens and the proportion shifts. The detachable check collar comes on and off in a single gesture, and the same check continues as a fine trim along the hem and cuffs. 55% cotton gives the fabric a natural touch and breathable comfort; 45% polyester tightens the weave to keep water and wind out and holds the shape as sharp as day one, year after year. With high-waisted trousers, over a dress or with denim: worn from autumn through spring, the short counterpart of the Maxi Trench Coat.

Every BASAKLA piece is designed in London and sewn one by one by master tailors at our atelier in Istanbul, with couture precision.

PRODUZIONE LIMITATA

Ogni modello BASAKLA viene prodotto in lotti di 20-25 pezzi, includendo tutte le taglie. Questo limite non è una strategia di marketing, bensì un principio di produzione che ci consente di dedicare il tempo e la cura necessari a ogni singolo pezzo. Il nostro obiettivo è creare capi che mantengano il loro valore per generazioni, andando oltre le tendenze passeggere.

LABORATORIO

Ogni pezzo BASAKLA è progettato nello studio di Londra e prodotto nel laboratorio di Istanbul, seguendo la tradizione dell'alta moda. Invece di una produzione in serie, la manifattura si basa sull'artigianato di sarti esperti che si occupano di un numero limitato di ogni modello. Ogni cucitura è completata con la pazienza e la meticolosità richieste dall'arte del cucito.

ARTE E DATI

In un capo BASAKLA, ciò che salta subito all'occhio è la nettezza del taglio, il carattere del tessuto e l'equilibrio dei dettagli. Ciò che non si vede, invece, sono le fodere in 100% viscosa, le cuciture rifinite una ad una e le ore dedicate a ogni singolo pezzo. Il concetto di lusso di BASAKLA non si basa sull'ostentazione, ma sulla qualità, sull'artigianalità e sulla longevità.

FILOSOFIA DI DESIGN

Ogni modello è disegnato in modo originale nello studio di Londra, dalla silhouette ai dettagli delle cuciture, dalla scelta dei bottoni al posizionamento delle tasche. Le collezioni sono sviluppate nell'integrità di un'unica visione creativa, senza ricorrere a modelli predefiniti. Questa integrità costituisce la firma del marchio.
