Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be returned unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
